Our published starting tiers are $299/month for Starter facilities from 0–1,500 sq. ft., $499/month for Medium facilities from 1,500–3,000 sq. ft., and $799/month for Full-Facility spaces over 3,000 sq. ft. Final pricing depends on cleaning frequency, current condition, access, scope and other facility-specific factors.
